A free informational seminar for adults who know that they have ADHD, those who think that they might have ADHD, and those who care about them.

Dr. Golletz will present important information to help you know and understand the nature of ADD/ADHD in adults, the common signs and symptoms of adult ADHD, how ADHD is diagnosed, and the different options available for treatment and self-management. The goal of this seminar is to be informative and encouraging. There are many options for dealing with ADHD. Life will get better with treatment and support, and it all begins with education.

Our offices are upstairs, but the seminar will take place downstairs in the conference room.

There is no charge for the seminar, but it will help us plan for space, handouts, etc. if you register in advance.

School is a vitally important environment for children with ADHD. It is where they will learn academic skills, work habits, and social skills that they will need for the rest of their lives.
